We carefully pack your products and ship them using standard courier services. Keep in mind that in some locations, products may arrive partially thawed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for thawed frozen goods, so please reach out to us before ordering frozen items. Remember that you cannot refreeze thawed foods; they should be cooked immediately.

For added convenience, you can also collect your goods from our store at 179A Archers Rd, Northshore. We're open 7 days a week from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with extended hours until 7 PM on Thursdays
