Please be aware that we don't assume responsibility or provide refunds if the product arrives thawed due to delivery delays. Please don't order this item if you live in a rural location as it will most certainly arrive thawed.

You are welcome to pick up your product from our store which is open 7 days a week from 10:30 to 16:30, Thursdays late nights until 7pm, 179A Archers Rd, Nortshore Auckland :)
