FROZEN PRODUCT: We use an overnight service with NZ Post and it could take 1 or 5 business days for deliveries (Not rural locations) By purchasing this product you acknowledge that:

1. Products may arrive thawed

2. We don't provide refunds for products that arrive thawed

3. You are aware that you can't refreeze thawed products, you must use asap.

We don't take responsibility if the product arrives thawed or delivery takes longer.

You are welcome to pick up your product from our store which is open 7 days a week from 10:30 to 16:30, Thursdays late nights until 7pm, 179A Archers Rd, Nortshore Auckland :)
