Papa Criolla is a small yellow potato very popular in Colombia. Traditionally used in soups and stews, mashed, boiled, baked or fried. They are delicious!
Unlike normal potatoes, papa criolla is smaller and has great nutritional value.
Colombian yellow potatoes are rich in protein, carbohydrates, potassium, vitamins and minerals.
