  • Do you send parcels anywhere in New Zealand?
    Yes, we do! Tienda Pachamama has a partnership with CourierPost that delivers parcels all throughout New Zealand, including rural locations.
  • Do you delivery parcels to P.O. Boxes?
    Yes we do!
  • How can I pay for my order?
    We have a secure website and you can pay your order directly using your credit card, paypal or direct bank deposit. To pay by direct bank deposit, please transfer the full amount of your order to: Bank: Kiwibank Account: 38-9005-0233656-00 Account Name: La Pachamama Please include your email or order ID as reference. Orders are sent once payment is cleared in our account.
  • Can I buy my order from a shop?
    Yes, there are several shops that stock our products. Email us to find the closest shop to your location Or visit us in our shop: 179A Archers Rd, Hillcrest, 0629 Auckland
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    Orders are processed during the day and picked up by the courier company on the next working day. Approximate delivery times: Auckland region: 1-3 working days Rest of the North Island: 2-5 working days South Island: 3-7 working days Rural deliveries: additional 2-3 days
  • Where shall I track my order?
    When you confirm your purchase, an automatic email will be sent to you confirming we recieved your order. When we prepare your order, we will send you another email including a link and the tracking number of your parcel. You can click on the link and automatically check the status of your order.
  • How do I know if my address is rural or not?
    If you want to know whether your address is rural (or not) within New Zealand, enter your address in this link: https://www.courierpost.co.nz/tools/address-checker/ If it has a green tick under rural, then it is a rural location.
