Easy Recipe – Locro Argentino 

A traditional Argentine dish, especially popular on national celebrations.

  • In a large pot, cook diced beef and pork with onion and garlic
  • Add chopped pumpkin (squash) and optional chorizo
  • Stir in Goya white hominy corn
  • Cover with water or broth and simmer slowly until thick
  • Season with salt, paprika, and cumin
  • Serve hot, optionally topped with chili oil (quiquirimichi)
