In this 2-hour hands-on sensory workshop, you’ll explore and taste three distinctive styles of yerba mate — each shaped by its own environment and tradition:
🍃 Campo (Field-grown) — smooth, sun-kissed, and balanced.
🌳 Monte (Forest-grown) — complex, earthy, and rich with wild character.
🔥 Barbacuá (Wood-smoked, Guaraní tradition) — bold, smoky, and full of heritage.
