Yoki Kimilho corn couscous, known as "cuscuz de milho" in Portuguese, is a popular ingredient in Brazilian cuisine.

1. Cuscuz Nordestino (Northeastern Couscous):
   - **Ingredients**: Yoki Kimilho corn couscous, water, salt, butter.
   - **Preparation**: Moisten the couscous with salted water and let it hydrate for a few minutes. Steam it in a couscous steamer until cooked. Serve with butter, cheese, or eggs.

2. **Cuscuz de Milho com Carne Seca (Corn Couscous with Dried Meat)**:
   - **Ingredients**: Yoki Kimilho corn couscous, dried meat (carne seca), onions, garlic, butter, water, salt.
   - **Preparation**: Soak and cook the dried meat until tender, then shred it. Prepare the corn couscous as per the instructions. Sauté the onions and garlic in butter, add the shredded meat, and mix with the cooked couscous.

3. **Cuscuz Paulista (Paulista-Style Couscous)**:
   - **Ingredients**: Yoki Kimilho corn couscous, chicken or fish, tomatoes, peas, corn, boiled eggs, olives, onions, garlic, parsley, water, salt, olive oil.
   - **Preparation**: Sauté onions and garlic, add tomatoes, peas, corn, and your choice of protein (chicken or fish). Cook until the mixture thickens. Prepare the corn couscous and mix it with the vegetable and protein mixture. Mold it in a ring mold, decorate with boiled eggs and olives, and let it set before serving.

4. **Cuscuz de Milho com Coco (Corn Couscous with Coconut)**:
   - **Ingredients**: Yoki Kimilho corn couscous, grated coconut, coconut milk, sugar, water, salt.
   - **Preparation**: Mix the corn couscous with grated coconut and a pinch of salt. Moisten with coconut milk and water. Steam until cooked. Serve with a sprinkle of sugar and additional grated coconut.

5. **Cuscuz de Milho com Legumes (Corn Couscous with Vegetables)**:
   - **Ingredients**: Yoki Kimilho corn couscous, mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, bell peppers), onions, garlic, olive oil, water, salt.
   - **Preparation**: Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil, add mixed vegetables and cook until tender. Prepare the corn couscous as per the instructions. Mix the cooked vegetables with the couscous and serve warm.
