El Moncayo is one of the quality brands of Uruguayan-style yerba mate. It has the traditional Uruguayan cut consisting of leaf powder with very small and cut leaves, without stems (without a stick). It has a strong and bitter taste, and its texture is almost creamy. It is among the three most consumed brands in Uruguay among Canarias and Baldo.
