Trigo Pelado Doña Isabel, 396g

Delicious to make a "light" Locro ..check this recipe:


1/2 Kg peeled wheat
1/2 bell pepper
1 large onion
1 k meat (osobuco stype cut)
1 clove garlic
Green onion, oregano. Peppers
Brazilian squash
Sweet potato


Soak the wheat the day before. The next day, boil the onion broth, pepper, garlic, all minced very little, with a little salt, bring to a boil. Boil de meat separately, so the fat can be removed. Add the fat to the pot of wheat and let it boil.
Then cut the squash and sweet potatoes, add a good amount, let it cook and you have to mix it because it can stick. Once the squash is disassembled and the wheat is cooked, turn the stove off and add the chopped green onion and oregano... add paprika and you are all done!
