The habanero chili is one of our most international chiles, many people have tried it, it has been enchilado but without thinking it repeats.
 
Don Pancho's habanero chile sauce is a mixture of onion, green tomatoes, garlic and habanero peppers roasted over a low heat, bringing out the best aromas and flavor of the ingredients. Its elaboration is almost handmade, the ingredients are ground in a molcajete of volcanic stone, thus separating the flavors of our land.
This sauce is perfect to accompany meats, fish, chicken, stews, soups and with all your favorite dishes.
