Each Colombian harvest produces a small percentage of “caracolito” beans. These beans are recognized by their small size and round shape, attributes that results from the formation of a single seed inside the coffee cherry. From this exotic bean, Juan Valdez has developed “Colina”, a coffee with smooth texture, medium body, and medium acidity.
