Peruvian brochette marinade, delicious and spicy!

Condimento para anticuchos peruanos


Ingredients:panca hot pepper, garlic, vinegar, black pepper, cummin, salt and sodium benzoate.


Recipe for Peruvian Anticuchos (anticuchos peruanos)

Use 1 cup of anticucho seasoning Inca's food, 1 kg of steak. Cut the steak about 1-2cm. Pour marinade over the beef and refrigerate 3-4 hrs (overnight is best). Place 3 or 5 pieces on a skewer. Grill the skewers on each side until the meat is cooked. Serve with corn on the cob or cooked potatoes.
