Corn cancha chuple is great for toasting. Toasted corn is a typical accompaniment to many traditional dishes in South America, especially ceviche. Toasted corn is also often served as a snack to nibble with chili, it is excellent to accompany beers. In Ecuador, is called "tostado", but in other countries it is known by other names.
