Please if you want this product to arrive FROZEN select the Frozen delivery option. Otherwise we'll send it using normal courier (which can take 3-7 working days) and the leaves will arrive thawed.

FROZEN PRODUCT: Shipping is only available in Auckland City. To ship a frozen product we use an overnight service with NZ Post and it could take 1 or 2 business days (Only AKL area).
We can not take responsibility if the product arrives thawed or has any type of delay. Otherwise, you can select the Same Day Delivery at an extra cost that varies depending on your area. You can also pick up your product from our store which is open 7 days a week :)
